Santa Rosa Hotel Costa Teguise, Costa Teguise

I was excited to stay at one of the best family resorts in Costa Teguise, but unfortunately, it seemed to be struggling due to poor leadership. The rooms had a soft play area for children, were recently renovated to look modern and fresh, although basic, they were spotlessly clean. However, being near the HPB block led to occasional noise disturbances.

My 10-night stay at the Santa Rosa Apartments was delightful. The rooms were spacious and well situated beside both the golf and tennis courts, allowing parents to relax on the terrace while keeping an eye on their children having fun. The facilities truly cater to families looking to unwind or have a great time together.

My stay at the Santa Rosa apartments was perfect for young families and those with walking difficulties. The rooms were very clean and recently refurbished, featuring new kitchen units and showers. The location was great and safe, with plenty of sun loungers available. However, the dining options were limited at times, but overall, the apartments were spacious, clean, and well-kept.

The hotel is a cracking place with tidy, comfortable, and clean rooms that have their own patio with sun loungers and table, very quiet and perfect for a relaxing stay. The service from the staff is friendly, polite, and very helpful, offering various amenities like car hire, shops, and a paid shuttle service. The location is great and safe, with plenty of sun loungers by the pool, suitable for families with young children and entertainment for both adults and kids. The dining experience provides a good selection of food in a buffet style. The hotel facilities are well-maintained and offer a pleasant stay.

My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were spacious and very clean, and I especially loved the large terrace we used daily. However, the service had its ups and downs, with great interactions with kids but some issues with rude staff at the bowling alley and soft play areas. The location was well-maintained but not very suitable for young children. Dining was a hit and miss with delicious options for breakfast but an average experience for evening meals. Overall, the facilities were good, and we had a decent stay.
